Owner & CEO, Aer Assist Limited

Aer Assist brings together hands-on aircraft engineering, maintenance leadership and independent technical representation.

Led by Ben Lee, a B1/B2/C licensed aircraft engineer and Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, the business supports airlines, lessors and aircraft owners with the technical work behind aircraft transitions and maintenance programmes.

Ben’s experience spans airline engineering, base and line maintenance management, aircraft recovery and lease-return support. That background helps connect the detail in the records with the aircraft, the maintenance team and the delivery plan.

Based in South Wales, close to St Athan, Aer Assist provides local knowledge and international project experience, with experienced consultants engaged to suit the scope of the work.
